Furthermore, it is the customer’s responsibility to test the fluorescents and high visibility background materials to satisfy their specific requirements and situations/environments. Ensign Services will not be responsible for any loss, cost or damage suffered by the client or their employee, agents, officers and others supplied with the garments caused or contributed by the inappropriate or non-standard use, or normal fading of fluorescents and high visibility background materials.
